Can I cancel anytime?
Our membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial 3-month period, you may cancel your membership at any time by notifying our team before your next billing cycle.
Can I transfer my membership?
No. Tiffany Memberships are non-transferable and are exclusively for the registered member.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your membership at any time to enjoy additional treatments and exclusive benefits. Our team will be happy to help you choose the option that best fits your goals.
What happens if I miss a month?
If you're unable to schedule your treatments during the month, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule based on availability.
Do unused treatments roll over?
No. Membership treatments do not roll over to the following month. To receive the full value of your membership, we encourage members to schedule their monthly treatments within the current billing cycle.
How do I book my monthly treatments?
Appointments can be scheduled anytime through Vagaro or by contacting our team directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates and times.
Can I use my member discount on additional services?
Yes! Active Tiffany Members receive 15% off additional services and 10% off retail products throughout their membership.
Are treatments personalized?
Yes. Every visit is customized according to your skin, body, wellness goals, and your provider's professional recommendations to help you achieve the best possible results.
